VP of Talent and HR

Reporting to the co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Talent and Human Resources will play a critical and highly strategic role in the overall management of the company. The VP of Talent and HR will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing all global talent and human resources related activities of the company, as well as serving as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Owning, communicating, sustaining, and reinforcing corporate culture in all aspects of the business

* Leading global talent acquisition, development, succession, and performance management

* Managing all HR and staff functions, including international compliance

* Directing the creation and communication of staff scorecards, performance, and development plans

* Directing the creation and delivery of staff training and learning programs

* Leading and organizing all communications efforts around strategic corporate plans and objectives

* Playing both coach and adviser to the Senior Leadership Team and the CEO

* Managing and motivating a team of A-level direct reports

 

Qualifications and Requirements

* Seven to twelve years of progressive and relevant experience

* Masters in Business Administration degree strongly preferred

* Deep experience with recruiting, performance management, and leadership development

* Experience in a large, multi-national company

* Experience performing against aggressive hiring targets

* Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining A-level talent

* M&A experience is desirable
