We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Associate, Human Resources on behalf of our client, a leading global private equity firm. The Senior Associate will assist with supporting the non-investment population, including the following groups: finance, executive services, legal, compliance, human resources, global research services, and information technology. Responsibilities will include:
* Developing pipelines for various searches, driving creative sourcing techniques, and building and developing strong internal and external networks to proactively generate leads/candidates
* Scheduling candidates and coordinating interview days, from initial meeting to debrief
* Coordinating candidate logistics and acting as key liaison for candidate relationships
* Evaluating candidates in interview process and providing feedback to hiring managers
* Entering data into applicant tracking system and collaborating with IT team on enhancements
* Creating PowerPoint presentations that outline recruiting updates and strategies
* Overseeing the onboarding process of all non-investment hires: issuing offer letters, performing reference/background checks, entering new hires into HRMS, partnering with hiring managers and IT to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, conducting new hire orientations, and coordinating all first day orientation logistics (meetings, tours, training)
* Updating website postings and assisting with responding to unsolicited resumes
* Working with external databases to coordinate searches
* Assisting with other strategic initiatives in the non-investment area, including training, head count, and budgeting
Requirements for this position include:
* A Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic credentials
* 2 to 4 years of post undergraduate experience (experience in the recruiting function at a consulting or finance-oriented investment management firm is a plus)
* Experience interacting with senior levels of an organization
* Demonstrated interest in recruiting, development, and training
* Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Great attention to detail and strong organization skills
* Proactive approach to daily work and projects
