We are seeking a qualified HRIS Project Leader for a growing client north of Boston. This position leads the design, development, and maintenance of the Oracle/PeopleSoft system as well as the interfacing systems. The Project Leader provides support to functional areas of HR and administration, including Compensation, Benefits, Employment, eLearning, Payroll, General Ledger, and Budgets.
The Project Leader will design modules, ad hoc reports, and tables, and will act as a technical resource to HR while serving as liaison to Information Systems in the design, testing, and deployment of programs and processes within the Oracle/PeopleSoft system.
This role requires excellent data research methodology and analytical skills using a current version of Oracle/PeopleSoft. The Project Leader must possess an extensive knowledge of HR policies and programs and a high degree of technical expertise, including the application of systems analysis and design, programming skills, and problem-solving techniques.
The Project Leader must possess strong oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of internal clients. A demonstrated ability to deliver accurate analytical products, analyze problems, and recommend solutions is also required. Additional requirements include:
* Bachelor’s degree or strong HR background with equivalent systems experience
* 8 to 10 years of HRIS/HRMS including project management
* 3+ years of related work experience in an Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS setting
* Extensive knowledge of Oracle/PeopleSoft
* Excellent PC skills (MS suite of products preferred)
