HR & HRIS Manager

Responsibilities:
* New hire onboarding and importing
* Benefits enrollment and administration
* Payroll data entry for each pay period
* Ensure 401k file feed is running smoothly
* Timesheet management
* Approving finance payroll file before it runs
* Compensation process planning
* General HR administration support

 

Requirements:
* 5-10 years of previous HR experience
* Payroll experience (Paylocity a plus)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Extremely reliable and dependable
* Willingness to pitch in where needed
* Self starter who works well independently with little guidance
* Ability to juggle different projects, set priorities, etc.
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail
* Composure in high stress situations
