Our Boston-based client is seeking a contract Recruiter for a high volume 3-6 month plus role – 106 openings with 60 in sales, 25 in corporate, and the remainder in manufacturing. Sales recruiting is an in-depth five step process, and the Recruiter must manage the complexity of the sales interviewing process.
The successful candidate can be a full cycle corporate recruiter or from a placement agency with a track record of success and 2-4 years of high volume recruiting. The individual must be driven, creative in sourcing, and own the process. The Recruiter will facilitate and manage the entire recruiting process.
