Our client is seeking a qualified Recruiter with 8 to 10 years of professional recruiting experience for a contract or direct role. Responsibilities for this position include:
* Manage full life cycle of recruitment for exempt and executive level positions.
* Support efforts to recruit consultants, interns, temporary staff, and freelancers as needed.
* Meet with hiring managers to assess needs, determine qualifications required to obtain a successful hire, and review recommendations of qualified applicants.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategy based on history, job content, cost, and time constraints.
* Screen and interview potential applicants to determine whether qualifications meet required needs.
* Coordinate interview process and review candidates and interviewing team feedback.
* Partner with Compensation for recommendation on market analysis.
* Provide recommendation of offer to hiring managers and communicate/negotiate job offer.
* Develop new local and national talent strategies to support hiring goals of Company, and achieve balanced approach to resource structure from cost and service perspective.
* Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners to support needs of internal clients.
* Update compensation/benefits on critical issues as needed throughout the recruitment process by identifying market data vs. internal equity issues.
* Conduct reference checks on all candidates prior to hire.
* Ensure smooth transition for exempt new hires participating in relocation services, including interaction with outside relocation service providers and follow up on any relocation issues.
* Provide input and guidance to Finance on payroll forecast.
* Attend appropriate job fairs to meet staffing needs. Develop advertising materials in support of these events.
* Engage in opportunities to develop skills set and expertise in the field (i.e. webinars, conferences, etc.).
*Develop advertising/job posting strategy as needed to support recruiting efforts.
* Manage use of external recruitment agencies as needed for exempt openings. Ensure job content is communicated accurately to agencies. Negotiate fee arrangements for each assignment. Ensure that Company’s best interests are represented through development and cultivation of strong vendor relationships and competitive fee schedules.
* Update internal job postings for assigned exempt positions filled for all functional areas of Company.
* Ensure timely review and correspondence to all unsolicited applicants, including reviewing and coding all incoming resumes for future retrieval from resume databases.
