Position:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing regional and/or business unit leadership and comprehensive consultation and support on all human resources, talent acquisition, and talent management needs. The HRBP is accountable for establishing, maintaining, and overseeing the systems and processes that enable the organization to fully leverage the skills and talents of all people to achieve our strategic objectives. The HR function helps drive the organization’s people strategy, supports the mission, vision, and values, and focuses on the core competencies that measure and drive individual and company-wide success.
The HRBP is responsible for actively partnering with corporate and clinical leaders to enable a high performance culture through talent acquisition and talent management initiatives and is simultaneously a hands-on generalist responsible for best-in-class execution of all HR processes and transactional work. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, new employee on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employee benefits, compensation, and ensuring functional excellence for HR processes and transactions.
While maintaining broad generalist responsibilities, the HRBP may also serve as the organization’s lead subject matter expert on a particular HR function (i.e. benefits, recruiting, compensation, etc.) and be responsible for organization-wide oversight and consistent implementation and execution of processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field with a minimum of 7 years progressive HR management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification (or equivalent related professional designation) or advanced degree desired.
* Personal credibility in the HR area of expertise with both HR counterparts and operational and clinical management; must have the capability, energy, experience, presence and outlook to quickly establish and sustain credibility with business partners; proven experience and expertise in innovative recruitment techniques, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee benefits.
* Mediation/facilitation/conflict resolution skills; collaborative style, ability to mediate disputes as well as provide ongoing coaching and counsel to all employees; demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
* Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; the presence, confidence, influencing, and communication skills to effectively represent the company to a variety of audiences.
* The ability and desire to embrace and manage change; demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity and effectiveness in the midst of ambiguity or stress.
* Proven ability to influence and lead; well-developed teambuilding skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address sensitive HR issues.
* Business acumen/organizational awareness; business insight and the ability to make a contribution to the organization as a whole; strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
* Demonstrated expertise of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Excel.
